Made with Love at Kyler Family Farm

Apple Pup Cup began with a simple mission: Reduce the paper and plastic waste left behind by single‑use cups. Our answer was to craft a sustainable canine treat inspired by the wholesome ingredients and PNW spirit that define our farms and our communities.

Kyler Family Farm Rescue & Therapy

Kyler Family Farm Rescue & Therapy is a nonprofit sanctuary tucked into the hills of Washington State, where alpacas, llamas, sheep, goats, horses, emu, and other rescued animals find safety, care, and a forever home.

And woven into the rhythm of the farm is a special affection for dogs. They are the greeters, the helpers, the joy‑bringers — and the reason Apple Pup Cup exists at all. The founders’ love for dogs inspired a treat that reflects the spirit of the Pacific Northwest, and our volunteer pups eagerly test each batch. Their wagging approval keeps us grounded in our mission: to create something good for canines while doing good for the planet.

How Apple Pup Cup Came to Be

The Apple Pup Cup idea was born in a drive-through.

The moment that sparked it was small but unforgettable. At a coffee-stand window, we watched a large dog get handed a plastic cup filled with whipped cream. Before anyone could react, the dog swallowed the entire thing — cup and all. It was meant as a treat, but the experience carried a risk that didn’t sit right with us.

At Kyler Family Farm Rescue & Therapy, dogs are part of our rhythm. They trot alongside chores, greet visitors, and bring joy to all. Their presence is woven into the spirit of the farm. So we asked ourselves: Why not create a treat that’s safer, sustainable, and anchored in the Pacific Northwest?

And that’s how Apple Pup Cup came to be — a farm‑crafted, apple‑based treat inspired by the dogs we love and the land we care for.
